This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions relating to the delivery of orders placed with Collecteev.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within one (1) to two (2) working days upon successful payment confirmation.
- Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays
- Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details
Collecteev reserves the right to extend processing times during peak periods or promotional events.
2. Delivery within Singapore
For deliveries within Singapore, we partner with Ninja Van.
- Estimated delivery time: three (3) to four (4) working days after dispatch
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations
Shipping Fees:
- Free standard shipping for orders S$80 and above
- A flat fee of S$4.90 applies for orders below S$80
3. International Delivery (Malaysia)
We currently ship to Malaysia.
- Estimated delivery time: up to fourteen (14) days after dispatch
- Delivery timelines may vary due to customs clearance and local courier operations
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Please allow some time for tracking information to be updated after dispatch.
5. Failed Deliveries and Re-Delivery
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of checkout.
In the event of a failed delivery due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Recipient unavailable
The courier may attempt re-delivery or return the parcel to us.
Collecteev reserves the right to charge additional shipping fees for re-delivery requests.
6. Delays and Liability
While we aim to deliver your order within the stated timeframe, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Courier service disruptions
- Weather conditions
- Customs clearance processes
Collecteev shall not be liable for any delays once the parcel has been handed over to the courier.
7. Lost or Undelivered Parcels
If your order has not been received within the stated delivery timeframe, please contact us via our contact page.
We will assist in investigating the issue with the courier. Where necessary, resolution will be provided within a reasonable timeframe.
8. Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within fourteen (14) days of receipt.
Such cases will be handled in accordance with our Returns and Exchanges Policy and applicable laws in Singapore, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act.
9. General
Collecteev reserves the right to amend this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. The applicable policy will be the version published on our website at the time of purchase.
