What is your shipping method and fee?

We ship with NinjaVan, reliable and fuss-free.

Shipping is free for orders above S$80. For orders below S$80, it is a flat S$4.90.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Delivery takes 3-4 working days in Singapore.

As for Malaysia, it takes up to 14 days.

How can I track my order?

After checkout, you will get an order confirmation email. Once that order is shipped (within 1-2 working days), we will send you a tracking ID via email and you can track it at NinjaVan. Just click and track your order anytime.

I have not received my tracking ID for my order. What should i do?

If you have not received your tracking ID after 2 working days, please contact us via our contact page and we will rectify this as soon as possible.

My package got lost in the mail. What should I do?

Do you ship internationally?

Not just yet. For now, we ship within Singapore and Malaysia only.

I received the wrong items/damaged items, or an incomplete order. What do I do?

Return or exchange any item within 14 days, as long as it’s unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and still has the tag.

Do I have to pay for postage when returning the item?

Nope, you won't need to pay for postage. It's on us. If it's not the right fit, returns are completely free. Just drop us a message via our contact page and we'll handle the rest.

Sizing

I don't have a printer at home. How can I get access to your measuring tape to figure out my size?

Don't worry! Just reach out to us here and we will send you the measuring tape as soon as possible.

My shirt arrived but I don't like my sizing. What can I do?

You can return your shirt for a different size.
