Returns and Exchanges Policy
At Collecteev, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with the terms set out below.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges must be requested within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the item(s).
To qualify, all items must:
- Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Be returned in their original condition
- Have all original tags attached
Collecteev reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.
2. Exchanges
Eligible items may be exchanged for a different size, colours and material, subject to availability.
Upon approval of the exchange request:
- Instructions will be provided for the return of the original item
- A replacement item will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected
Collecteev reserves the right to offer an alternative item or refund if the requested size is unavailable.
3. Returns and Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment.
- Refunds will be processed within seven (7) to fourteen (14) working days upon receipt and inspection of the returned item
- Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part
4. Return Shipping
For approved returns and exchanges:
- Return shipping arrangements and instructions will be provided upon confirmation
- Collecteev may, at its discretion, cover return shipping costs for eligible requests
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered
- Items returned without original tags
- Items that do not meet the eligibility criteria stated above
6. Promotional Items
Any complimentary or promotional items provided with an order (including but not limited to free stickers) are not required to be returned and are not eligible for exchange or refund.
7. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange request, please contact us via our designated contact page within the stipulated timeframe.
Collecteev reserves the right to request supporting information (such as proof of purchase or images of the item) before approving any request.
8. General
Collecteev reserves the right to amend this Returns and Exchanges Policy at any time without prior notice. The applicable policy will be the version published on our website at the time of your purchase.
